Welcome to our luxury shortlet apartment located within the prestigious Aso Villa area. To ensure your safety, comfort, and a pleasant experience for all guests, please read and observe the following terms and conditions carefully.
By confirming your booking or entering the premises, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Booking & Check-In
A valid government-issued photo ID (international passport, driver’s license, or national ID) is required at check-in.
Full payment must be completed prior to arrival.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be granted based on availability and may attract additional fees.
2. Security & Access
Only registered guests are permitted within the apartment premises. Visitors must be declared in advance and approved by management or estate security.
The maximum number of guests per apartment is strictly enforced and may not be exceeded.
All persons and vehicles are subject to mandatory security checks at the estate gate. Compliance is non-negotiable.
3. Apartment Use
Parties, loud music, or gatherings that may disturb neighbors or breach estate regulations are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A designated outdoor smoking area is available for guests who wish to smoke.
The use of hard drugs, participation in illegal activities, or any conduct deemed suspicious will result in immediate eviction without refund.
4. Care of Property
Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment and its contents in good condition throughout their stay.
Any damage, loss, or missing items will be billed to the guest accordingly.
Housekeeping services are available on request. For long-term stays, periodic cleaning is mandatory.
5. Safety & Compliance
Guests must adhere to all estate and government security protocols at all times.
Fire safety equipment and emergency exits must not be tampered with.
Pets are not permitted unless approved by management before arrival.
6. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before check-in.
50% refund for cancellations made within 3 days of check-in.
No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
7. Important Notice
Because of the unique security environment of Aso Villa, strict adherence to these rules is required.
Any violation of the above terms may result in immediate eviction without refund and possible notification to estate security authorities.
